The Referral Process

We accept most insurances and private pay.  We will discuss all funding options with each interested person prior to admission.

  1. Individuals are referred by hospitals, mental health institutions, family, friends or by self referral.

  2. Once an individual is referred, they will be screened and scheduled for an assessment.

  3. Our assessments identify areas of concern and collect information regarding past medical and mental health diagnoses and treatment. All assessments are completed by our licensed clinical staff.

  4. Once the assessment is complete and method of payment has been established through insurance or private pay costs, a QMHP (Qualified Mental Health Professional) will be assigned to support the individual or the individual will be admitted to the residential crisis stabilization unit.
